FINSA Announces US$220 Million Industrial Park Investment in Monterrey
FINSA announced a US$220 million investment to develop Parque Industrial GarcÃa, a new 92-hectare industrial park in Monterrey. The project is expected to accommodate more than 25 companies and generate approximately 14,000 direct jobs, making it one of the region’s largest industrial developments.

Infrastructure Focused on Efficiency and Sustainability
Parque Industrial GarcÃa will incorporate infrastructure and sustainable solutions designed to support efficient industrial operations. Its main features will include 30,000 kVA of power capacity, photovoltaic systems, and a water treatment and reuse facility.
These resources will provide companies establishing operations in the park with access to essential infrastructure while supporting energy efficiency, responsible water management, and long-term operational performance.

First Industrial Building Under Construction
Construction has already begun on the park’s first speculative building, which will offer 28,573 square meters of industrial space and represents an investment of US$26 million. The building is being developed under efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance standards, will pursue LEED certification, and is expected to become available during the first quarter of 2027.
FINSA Expands Its Presence in Mexico
FINSA is one of Mexico’s leading industrial real estate developers, with a presence across the country’s main manufacturing and logistics hubs. The company currently operates 28 industrial parks and manages approximately 4 million square meters of industrial space.
The development of Parque Industrial GarcÃa will expand the availability of modern industrial space in Monterrey and further strengthen the region’s capacity to attract investment, generate employment, and support the growth of high-value industries.
