Invest Monterrey participated in FAMEX 2025, one of Latin America’s leading aerospace exhibitions, to promote Monterrey as a prime destination for aerospace investment. The organization engaged with global industry leaders to explore opportunities in manufacturing, MRO, and innovation-driven operations.

Invest Monterrey proudly participated in the 2025 edition of FAMEX (Feria Aeroespacial México), a premier aerospace exhibition held at the Santa Lucía Air Base in the State of Mexico. Organized by the Mexican Air Force and the Ministry of National Defense, FAMEX has become one of Latin America’s most important business platforms for the aerospace, defense, and civil aviation sectors.
 

This year’s edition brought together over 600 exhibitors from more than 40 countries, featuring high-level conferences, B2B meetings, a foreign investment seminar, and air demonstrations. With pavilions from global aerospace leaders, FAMEX 2025 showcased the latest advancements in manufacturing, maintenance, space technology, and military aviation.
 

Invest Monterrey attended the event to identify new trends and opportunities that align with Monterrey’s strengths in advanced manufacturing, engineering, and logistics. Our team met with aerospace OEMs, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to explore potential collaborations that could support the expansion of aerospace operations in the region.
 

Throughout the event, we emphasized Monterrey’s strategic advantages, including a skilled and specialized workforce, world-class infrastructure, international connectivity, and a proven track record of industrial innovation. These assets position the region as a competitive destination for aerospace investment, particularly in MRO operations, component manufacturing, and R&D initiatives.
 

We also engaged with public and private sector representatives to share insights on Monterrey’s growing aerospace ecosystem and its alignment with nearshoring trends. Our goal was to foster new relationships that could translate into strategic projects in Nuevo León.
 

Our participation in FAMEX 2025 reaffirms Invest Monterrey’s commitment to attracting high-value industries and supporting the long-term development of Nuevo León.
