Class A Infrastructure for Logistics Operations with Strategic Connectivity with the U.S. Market

The development will include three Class A industrial buildings totaling more than 596,000 square feet. Its infrastructure will be built according to international standards and designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
 

Located along the highway to Laredo, the industrial park will provide strong connectivity between the Monterrey metropolitan area and the U.S. border, supporting the logistics and manufacturing needs of companies operating across North America. This project will continue to reinforce Monterrey’s position as a competitive investment destination.
