FINSA, Leader in Industrial Development, Announced the Construction Start of its 5th Industrial Park in Nuevo Leon, FINSA Monterrey Apodaca II.
FINSA, renowned for its crucial role in industrial development, has unveiled plans to build its fifth industrial park in Nuevo León. Named FINSA Monterrey Apodaca II, it will span an impressive 79 acres. As a beacon of sustainable industrial innovation, the park marks a new era in design. It will host a diverse array of industries, including automotive, electronics, metal mechanics, and logistics.
Located in a region known for its abundant labor force and robust public transport network, FINSA aims to expand its footprint in Nuevo León. Currently, the four FINSA parks operate 94 companies and generate over 31,000 jobs. These parks support various industries such as automotive, logistics, and electronics.
This new park is projected to create about 35,000 direct and indirect jobs. This highlights its pivotal role in regional economic vitality. Moreover, FINSA Monterrey Apodaca II is committed to circular economy principles. It will feature water treatment facilities and solar panel arrays. Also, it will ensure a renewable energy supply through a 20MVA electrical substation. This initiative strengthens environmental stewardship and aligns with FINSA’s mission to create sustainable spaces with robust infrastructure.
