Invest Monterrey Co-Organizes Networking Breakfast to Boost Monterrey–San Antonio Supply Chain Collaboration

Invest Monterrey co-hosted a strategic networking breakfast with an incoming business delegation from San Antonio, Texas, presenting a joint initiative aimed at deepening supply-chain integration and strengthening economic cooperation between both regions. Organized in partnership with San Antonio Economic Development and Greater SATX, the event brought together companies, institutional leaders, and regional stakeholders to explore new avenues for bilateral collaboration.

The session introduced opportunities for cross-border industrial linkages, binational value chains, and future investment projects aligned with the growth of advanced manufacturing and nearshoring activity in North America. Representatives from both regions exchanged insights on industry trends, logistics competitiveness, workforce readiness, and the shared challenges and opportunities shaping the U.S.–Mexico economic corridor.

This initiative underscores the strong and growing connection between Monterrey and San Antonio—two cities that serve as critical hubs for trade, logistics, and industrial activity in the region. By fostering dialogue and direct business engagement, the event supports a more integrated and competitive ecosystem for companies seeking to expand their operations on both sides of the border.

Invest Monterrey reaffirmed its commitment to promoting bilateral partnerships that facilitate smoother supply-chain operations, encourage new investment flows, and strengthen the broader economic relationship between Mexico and the United States. The discussions are expected to lead to follow-up meetings, business missions, and collaborative projects that contribute to the long-term development and resilience of both regions.
