TCS Strengthens US–Mexico Logistics with New Monterrey Expansion

Transport Capacity Services (TCS), a leading provider of multi-modal transportation and cross-border logistics solutions, has opened a new office in Monterrey, reinforcing its operational footprint in Mexico and enhancing its capacity to serve complex freight flows between the United States and Mexico.

The expansion reflects TCS’s commitment to delivering efficient, technology-driven logistics services across one of North America’s most important trade corridors. Monterrey’s strategic position as a key industrial and shipping hub — with approximately 80 % of Mexican goods destined for the U.S. — makes it an ideal location to support modern supply chains and respond to increasing cross-border trade demands.

“While tariffs and market conditions remain uncertain, cross-border trade remains essential for many businesses and will continue growing,” said Ben Enriquez, CEO of TCS. “Establishing a presence in Monterrey allows us to better serve our customers with teams on both sides of the border and the expertise to move freight through any crossing point.”

TCS’s Monterrey office will deliver a broad range of services designed for today’s complex logistics landscape, including:

– Cross-border shipping between the U.S. and Mexico

– Domestic freight transportation across both countries

– Intermodal and expedited solutions

– Cross-dock operations for consolidation and distribution

– Support for temperature-controlled, specialized, and full-truckload services

– Customs expertise and technology-driven process visibility

Leveraging a robust network of carriers — including CTPAT-certified partners — and cutting-edge digital tools, TCS aims to streamline compliance, improve visibility, and enhance efficiency for shippers navigating regulatory complexity and market shifts.

By expanding into Monterrey, TCS aligns its operational presence with the growth of nearshoring, manufacturing expansion, and sustained cross-border commerce, underscoring the city’s role as a logistics and supply-chain nucleus within North America.
