TDI Manufacturing Invests $50 Million USD in Monterrey
TDI Manufacturing México has announced a $50 million USD investment with the inauguration of a new production facility in Nuevo León, reinforcing the state’s position as a leading hub for advanced manufacturing and automotive supply chain development.
The new plant, located in Ciénega de Flores, is expected to generate approximately 1,000 new jobs, contributing to regional economic growth and expanding opportunities for skilled talent.
This facility represents the company’s third operation in Nuevo León in just four years, reflecting a rapid expansion strategy and growing confidence in the region’s industrial ecosystem.

TDI Manufacturing México, part of the global Yinlun TDI group, specializes in thermal management solutions for the automotive industry, including radiators, cooling modules, and battery heating systems—key components supporting vehicle efficiency and electrification trends.
The investment strengthens Nuevo León’s role within global automotive supply chains, particularly as nearshoring trends continue to drive the relocation of manufacturing operations closer to North American markets.
State authorities highlighted that projects like this not only enhance industrial capacity but also reinforce the region’s attractiveness for foreign direct investment, supported by its strategic location, skilled workforce, and integrated supplier base.
With this expansion, Monterrey continues to consolidate its position as a competitive destination for high-value manufacturing, innovation, and long-term industrial growth.
